In a result that will likely become one of the biggest margins of victory for any candidate in any race, you have given me an incredible mandate to serve you in the United States Senate. As a Moderate Republican Senator, I promise to prioritize my own constituents' concerns above all else and promote bipartisanship within Congress. To all the Democrats who voted for me as well, I thank you for splitting your ticket and promoting national unity over partisan divides. As I said when I started this race: "you can't bake a cake without sugar and salt." Today, Americans voted against extremism and the center has proven that it can hold.
